TALPA Test Center (TTC) is an SHGM-approved exam center operating under the Turkish Air Line Pilots Association, within the scope of ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements (SHT-1DY). Our exams can result in certificates recognized by both SHGM and EASA.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I change my appointment?
- If there are more than 72 hours until your exam, you can reschedule free of charge from the My Appointment page. Within the last 72 hours self-service changes are closed — call the center.
- How do refunds work?
- Cancellations are handled by the center; no refund is issued for cancellations made within 3 weeks of the exam date.
- When are results announced?
- Results are emailed within 15 business days at the latest; you can download your certificate from the My Appointment page.
- Can I appeal my result?
- Yes — you can appeal with the appeal form within 15 business days of result notification. If your score increases on appeal, the appeal fee is refunded.
