Privacy Notice (KVKK)

As TALPA Test Center, we process your personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") for the purpose of conducting application and exam processes.

Data processed includes: full name, Turkish ID/temporary ID/passport number, date of birth, contact details, document images (ID, license, student certificate, receipt), and exam recordings.

Identity document images (ID front, passport) are automatically deleted from the system 12 months after the exam date.

Your data is viewed only by authorized operator staff for the purpose of providing the service; it is not shared with third parties (except where legally required).

You can exercise your rights under KVKK (requesting information, correction, deletion, etc.) by contacting testcenter@talpa.org.
